holidays). A confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched. During
promotional periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UAE
We offer reliable nationwide delivery through trusted logistics partners.
– Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
– Shipping Fee: Shown at checkout (may vary during promotions)
A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to selected countries.
– Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
– Customs & Duties: Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Elaurae is not responsible for:
– Incorrect addresses
– Delays caused by customs or courier issues
– Failed delivery attempts
If a delivery fails, our courier will arrange a redelivery where possible.
5. DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If you receive a damaged package or missing items, notify us within 24 hours at

– Photo/video evidence
We will review and assist promptly.

NO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Elaurae FZ-LLC, each product is crafted with precision and handled with care. Due to the
personal and delicate nature of our fragrances and signature items, all sales are final.
1. NO RETURNS
We do not accept returns once an order is processed and shipped. This includes:
– Change of mind
– Personal preference on fragrance
– Sensitivity or reaction to ingredients
– Color/scent variation
– Incorrect order placement
2. NO REFUNDS
Refunds are not offered on completed purchases. A replacement may only be considered in
cases of:
– Items damaged during transit
– Wrong or missing items delivered
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours with evidence.
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. Modification requests may be considered
within 1 hour.
4. EXCHANGES
For hygiene and quality control reasons, exchanges are not permitted.
